As a newly created role, the Value Partner Program Manager (ELSE VPP Manager), in the Electrification Service Division, will play a crucial role to create, deploy & operate a new channel to market for the ELSE Business. The ELSE VPP Manager will partner with several key ABB Electrification internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear execution around the ABB Global VPP policy (attached to job posting). You will be developing and/or leveraging strategic relationships to drive value for the division and its customers (both end users and Value Partners). You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing external partners, aligning their capabilities with ABB's service offerings, and creating mutually beneficial business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding the division's network of Value Partners and ensuring their successful integration into ABB's ecosystem while aligning with our go-to market strategy and the Global ABB Value Partner Program. It is mandatory that our ELSE VPP new channel to market abide and respect our Code of Conduct and Integrity to gain clear license to operate.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Research, identify, and evaluate potential Value Partners who can complement ABB's Electrification Service Division in alignment with the ABB and Electrification VPP Global Program Leaders
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of partners' capabilities, market presence, and strategic goals to ensure a strong fit with ABB's service offerings
- Develop and execute partnership strategies and business plans to drive mutual growth, customer satisfaction, and increased service offerings.
- Define scope of services, segments, and end user customers which are fueling the growth of each Value Partner
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and success of Value Partner initiatives and implement programs to ensure successful partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement
- Provide guidance and support to partners in understanding ABB's service portfolio, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Engage with Global VPP Team & EL Channel Team and leverage Regional & Local Channel Teams to maximize alignment of all multi-channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and service operations, to align partner strategies with overall business objectives

**Your background**:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business studies, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 10 years in a similar role and experience in leadership in a Sales function.
- Good knowledge of the market and trends
- Well established network in multiple countries
- Strong interpersonal, change management and leadership skills
- Experience in global role and in managing multiple stakeholders at distance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence in a matrix organization
