We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for our Digital Business line Process Industries Division. In this position you will drive and coordinate account management, sales, project and service delivery activities for our global key customers in Smart Manufacturing domain with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and a customer satisfaction. We offer an interesting position in an international and dynamic working environment and an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing global customer oriented Industrial Digitalization business. In this role, you will be reporting to the Global Operations Manager in Digital.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
- Coordinating activities globally between sales, operations and product management.
- Accountable for KPI (sales, revenue, profitability, NPS) targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across.
- Being Single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer and leading the strategical and tactical governance boards from ABB side.

**Your background**:

- 7+ years of experience in IT / software industry working in customer facing role
- Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and / or complex project deliveries
- Knowledge and experience of Industrial Digitalization domain preferably in manufacturing / process industries or similar B2B market
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
- High-level management and leadership skills with ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to travel internationally as required
