Senior Program Manager
– Data, Analytics & AI
to lead strategic initiatives that enable smarter decisions and innovation across all global functions. Acting as a bridge between strategic business objectives and execution, you'll ensure programs deliver measurable impact, align with priorities, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI programs – from business case development to successful implementation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, IT, Data & Analytics teams.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the data, analytics & AI portfolio, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards.
  • Drive prioritization and resource allocation across programs, resolving conflicts and managing dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support change management and upskilling initiatives to promote a data-driven culture.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
What We Require

  • 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
  • 3-5 years of program or project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide data, analytics or AI programs.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with modern data governance frameworks.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

What We Desire

  • PMP Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • German is a strong plus.
