**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
- Experience leading with technical automation, dashboarding, and scripting to drive automation and efficiencies.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in leading end-to-end project life cycle.
- Experience with a background in technology, data-analysis, and program management.
- Knowledge of the tools and elements of technical program management along with development of programs, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help operations, scale, and evolve the organization in support of the Lens outlook and strategy.
- Partner with leads across Lens, partner teams, and product areas to drive the delivery of key programs and collaborate with cross-functional leads across the organization.
- Support and grow the organization by driving execution excellence through effective planning, predictable feature delivery, data driven decision making, and optimal communication mechanisms.
