Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in a software program or engineering management role in SaaS/PaaS, cloud computing, and/or enterprise software
- Experience managing cross-functional programs spanning stakeholders in technical organizations
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements for large groups or organizations
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous and busy operations environment, and deliver outstanding results on time
- Ability to collaborate well with others, and interact with technical and non-technical groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of Technical Program Managers working across Production Security (ProdSec) Site Reliability Engineering teams. Guide their career development, mentor, and identify opportunities for exciting career challenges.
- Proactively plan and track Technical Program Managers headcount needs.
- Set the strategy and direction for Security and Privacy Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) programs by outlining goals and objectives, defining program governance, and leading annual, semester, and quarterly planning.
- Collaborate with leadership in key program decision making, including scope definition, requirements gathering, staffing, planning, and execution of programs.
