**About the role**: - Manage the new business junior sales team and coach - Focus on new logos in the regions of the cluster (Alpine and Eastern Europe) - Develop overall Account/TML strategy by understanding our customers business & strategy - Prospecting (opening doors, exploring organization, events, ) - When opportunity identified -> introduce Sales Specialist/Business Partner/Bid Manager - Support internal team to win opportunity through strong relationships with customer - Primary responsible for the account (manage escalations, lead internal account team, etc ) **About you**: - Strong leadership skills (able to manage and delegate) - 5 to 7 years of management in small to medium sized teams - Loves opening doors and building strong relations with C-level, business stakeholders, - Eager to understand the customer’s business & strategy. Able to speak our customer’s “language”. - Broad general knowledge of IT strategy & Orange Value Propositions - Able to define and execute a strong strategy & account plan **Additional information**: Spends 70% of their time in customer interactions related to relationship building, prospecting, **Department**: Sales & Marketing Europe **Contract**: Regular
