- We’re looking for a Business Manager:
- serve as member of the Center of Excellence Operating Management team that supports CDIO Group Functions Core Data Services, Core Group Services, and HR to manage the interfaces to financial, workforce, vendor, and portfolio management in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
- provide related services and support to the heads of CDIO and the Agile GCRG Stream
- support the stream leadership in the hiring process and in efficiently managing the agile product portfolio
- support financial tracking towards defined targets and report to the respective stream members
- support the stream leadership in developing and evaluating the workforce strategy

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the CDIO Group Functions Core Data Services, Core Group Services, and HR Operating Management Team in Zürich or the UK. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the teams perform effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 10 years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise
- very organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
