**What you will do (Responsibilities)**

Our Business Digital Consulting Partners are responsible for sustaining and growing Orange Consulting’s relationship with clients and prospects. You will advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters - showcasing how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.

This role is very client facing and requires an experienced consultant who can build relationship with our customers and position strategic advisory services. You will act as client advocate, analyze customer requirements, and provide strategic advice. You will advise clients at executive level to support their digital business strategy and business transformation.

You will be leading the digital consulting development activities in your geographic country territory and collaborate transversally with Orange Teams.

**Your objectives and activity**
- Establish contacts with the business stakeholders and their teams of our prospects and clients (CDO, CMO, COO, CHRO, Head Innovation)
- Develop a well-qualified pipeline of business consulting engagements and deliver winning proposals and pricing for standalone and “service embedded” consulting engagements
- Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives
- Act as Thought Leader in your industry sector / business vertical e.g. Manufacturing & Industry 4.0, Financial Services & Insurance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Retail
- Engage and develop trust with customers and colleagues. Work in a hybrid team environment across multiply locations and geographies within the European continent
- Build and execute a business plan for digital consulting in your geographical cluster
- Grow and develop ecosystem with internal partners, e.g. business units, labs and innovation center and external startups, customer and/or industry research centers
**Your experience**
- Minimum 7-10 years related work experience in leading digital business consultancy firm
- A trusted advisor to C-level executives and VP
- A great understanding of the drivers for change within Industry, Manufacturing, Life Sciences or Financial Services
- Excellent presentation & selling skills
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets
- A consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
- An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
