Business Consultant

**About the role**:
The primary focus of the Customer engagement consultant is to provide customers, including executive level, with in-depth knowledge and execution of customer experience and engagement strategy.

As a consultant you will be working to deliver value for the customer strategy, utilizing tools such as gap assessments, turning data into insights, requirements capturing, business case assessments, insight workshops and consultant engagements to reach the customer objects.

This role is client facing and requires a consultant who can build relationship with our customers and drive strategic advisory services.

As Digital business consultant Customer Engage you advise and support our clients in making decisions about business strategies, development and execution on transformational projects. Addressing and realizing their digital goals and turn them into positive business outcomes.

**Your objectives and activity**
- Acting and leading as customer engagement consultant in the transformation of large, medium, and small projects.
- Increase relationship with business stakeholders of our clients, position business innovation and business consulting engagements
- Establish contacts with the business stakeholders and their teams of our prospects and clients (CDO, CMO, COO, CHRO, Head Innovation)
- Actively position and sell together with our sales team business consulting engagements such as customer innovation workshops, CX strategy consulting, CX assessments and CX improvement programs to our customers.
- Management of consulting engagements with focus on team coordination and execution including project management and personal delivery (we are looking for somebody who makes his hands dirty) - and ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
- Act as Thought Leader for Customer Engagement, and actively create thought leading material i.e white papers, and/or research insights
- Actively updating yourself with the latest insights and knowledge in field of expertise and share this with your peers.

- 10+ years related work experience in large consulting company (big4), business consultancy firm or digital transformation customer facing role within an organization
- University Degree or Equivalent in IT Business Management, Marketing Management, Consulting.
- Proven experience in positioning, creating new business opportunities, selling, and delivering strategic consulting engagements to clients
- Proven experience in positioning and executing customer engagement management and in delivering business consulting services
- Strong background in Journey analytics, digital analytics, business process analysis and automation, Shape digital & run digital transformation programs.
- Good understanding of technology trends and innovations within the field of customer experience.
- Good experience in Agile Project Delivery & Change Management
- Experience in running innovation workshops and consulting workshops including design thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and local languages. German speaking is a great plus
- Experience with key verticals e.g. Manufacturing & Industry 4.0, Financial Services & Insurance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Retail would be a great plus.
