**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**

The primary focus of the Customer engagement consultant is to provide customers, including executive level, with in-depth knowledge and execution of customer engagement strategy.

The consultant will be working to deliver value for the customer strategy, utilizing tools such as gap assessments, turning data into insights, requirements capturing, insight workshops, consultant engagements to reach the customer objects.

This role is client facing and requires a consultant who can build relationship with our customers and drive strategic advisory services.

As business consultant you advise and support our clients in making decisions about business strategies, development and executeion on transformational projects. Addressing and realizing their digital goals and turn them into positive business outcomes.

Business Consulting and Business Innovation is a strategic focus of Orange Business Services with a strong growth objective. You will be leading the business consulting and innovation activities in your geographic country and/or territory and collaborate closely with the Orange sales and marketing teams.

Orange strives to co-innovate with their clients an objective enabled by the Customer & Experience business consulting practice.

**Your objectives and activity**
- Acting and leading as customer engagement consultant in the transformation of large, medium, and small projects.
- Increase relationship with business stakeholders of our clients, position business innovation and business consulting engagements
- Establish contacts with the business stakeholders and their teams of our prospects and clients (CDO, CMO, COO, CHRO, Head Innovation)
- Develop a well-qualified pipeline of consulting engagements and deliver winning proposals and pricing for standalone and “service embedded” consulting engagements
- Actively position and sell business consulting engagements such as customer innovation workshops, innovation programs, strategy consulting and customer journey engagements to our prospects and customers
- Management of innovation customer engagement consulting projects with large global enterprises but also small startups
- Management of consulting engagements with focus on team coordination and execution including project management and personal delivery - and ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
- Grow and develop the ecosystem with partners, external and internal, e.g. business units, labs and innovation center and startups, customer and/or industry research centers
- Act as Thought Leader for Customer Engagement, and actively create thought leading material i.e white papers, and/or research insights
- Actively updating yourself with the latest insights and knowledge in field of expertise and share this with your peers.

- Minimum 7-10 years related work experience in large consulting company (big4), business consultancy firm or digital transformation customer facing role within an organization
- University Degree or Equivalent in IT Business Management, Marketing Management, Consulting.
- Proven experience in positioning, creating new business opportunities, selling, and delivering strategic consulting engagements to clients
- Proven experience in positioning and executing customer engagement management and in delivering business consulting services
- Strong background in business process analysis, design and improvement and development of digital transformation solutions and innovative solutions
- Good understanding of technology trends and innovations within the field of customer experience.
- Good experience and practice in SCRUM Master and Agile Project Delivery
- Experience in running innovation workshops and consulting workshops including design thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and local languages.
- Experience with key verticals e.g. Manufacturing & Industry 4.0, Financial Services & Insurance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Retail would be a great plus.
