We are looking for German speakers to join SAP Business Transformation Services, the management consultancy of SAP to work in multinational teams and directly with our customers around the world. As Business Transformation consultant you support customers in digital transformations to uplift their competitive position and reaching their social and sustainability targets.

**The Role**

You act as trusted advisors and support large customer transformation projects both from a business perspective and in relation to the effected IT capabilities. You will help customers in the private and public sector solving their most pressing digitization topics. In this role you will also work with experts from many disciplines in a team of very motivated and experienced colleagues. You add value to the customer by:

- Developing and putting into practice business processes and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation
- Preparing investment decisions based on value assessments and detailed business case examinations
- Supporting large customer transformation processes as a trusted advisor

**Role Responsibilities**

We are looking for consultants or advisory minded colleagues from a multi-national environment with wide SAP product experience to guide executives and work in a transformation advisor capacity by developing and implementing business processes and IT strategies towards digital transformation.

Fluency in both **English and German** is required.

Alongside your knowledge of Industry and IT Trends you should have good business and process understanding. You will also have:

- Experience in self-managed project work at customer, high focus on customer orientation
- Broad knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio is a must (SAP S/4HANA and other solutions)
- The ability to work conceptually with a focus on quality and deliverables
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a new environment
- strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations
- Proven leadership skills in motivating teams, leading panels and discussions
- Can do mentality
