Als Digital Transformation for Business Applications bist Du Teil von Flumerics Microsoft Business Applications Expertenteam für die Schweiz, d.h. Du berätst Kunden wie sie Ihre Prozesse mit Hilfe der Microsoft Produkte Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O/ERP), Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/ERP) oder Microsoft Power Platform verbessern.

Du wirst praktische Erfahrungen in der digitalen Transformation von Kundenorganisationen sammeln, während Du Teil eines Lern
- und Entwicklungsprogramms als Digital Transformation for Business Applications bei Microsoft Schweiz bist.

Du wirst eng mit einer Community aller teilnehmenden Partner zusammenarbeiten, die von Microsoft in allen relevanten Produkten und Technologien, Markteinführungsstrategien und Projektmethoden geschult und befähigt werden, um Kunden beim Aufbau eines erfolgreichen digitalen Transformationsansatzes zu unterstützen.

Zusammen mit einem Mentoring-Programm und mehreren hybriden Lern
- und Trainingsmöglichkeiten wirst Du in die Lage versetzt, ein Microsoft-zertifizierter Spezialist zu werden. Das Programm umfasst vier Tracks und ermöglicht Dir Dich entweder auf Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central oder Microsoft Power Platform zu spezialisieren.

Was Du mitbringen musst:

- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse am Lernen, an der Entwicklung und das Engagement, ein Microsoft Certified Expert in Business Applications zu werden.
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in komplexen Arbeitsprozessen mit mehreren parallelen Anforderungen termingerecht zu arbeiten.
- Ein einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss, z. B. ein Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft, Technik, Mathematik, Wirtschaft, Physik, Informationstechnologie, Technologie, Wissenschaft. (Studenten im letzten Studienjahr werden berücksichtigt, wenn Du an einer Teilzeitarbeit interessiert bist).
- Vorzugsweise zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Französisch oder Englisch
- Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen - wenn Du also noch keine Microsoft Erfahrung hast, jedoch ein wenig IT affin bist, bist Du auch als ExpertIn aus Finanzwesen, Jura, Marketing, Vertrieb oder anderen Fachbereichen herzlich eingeladen.
