As part of Central Management for the International Private Bank in EMEA, you will be joining a core team that works alongside senior executives to deliver impact. In your Business Manager role, y ou will have the opportunity to steer the management rhythm of the organization, implement internal communication strategies, drive various senior management culture initiatives and run project activities on key risk and business-related programs across the region. The team offers unrivaled level of exposure and access to key topics and stakeholders at the bank.

**Key responsibilities**
- Deliver high quality analyses & communications under the supervision of senior team members
- Drive outcomes on challenges that are of strategic importance to EMEA wealth management senior executives
- Coordinate alignment/ integration across business and supporting functions
- Act as a key point of contact for ad hoc performance improvement initiatives
- Own and run EMEA senior management rhythm and decision bodies, drive performance cycle

**Experience and skills**
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in delivering impact in a cross-functional environment, ideally in the Financial Services industry or a strategy consultancy;
- Exceptional communication, analytical, conceptual and presentation skills, including the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively;
- Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and deliver high quality outcomes in a demanding, high-paced environment;
- Solution-oriented, highly proactive and able to prioritize effectively with flexibility, dedication and a strong sense of ownership;
- Excellent oral & written command of English, French or German would be a considerable asset
