Your Profile
- Successful degree in physics or electrical engineering, preferably with PhD and experience in optics
- Knowledge of optical technologies an advantage
- Strong entrepreneurial flair and good business sense
- Experience in international product management, sales or business development as a plus
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Your Responsibilities

Working at Sensirion allows you to tackle an array of exciting challenges every day. Set new standards in the field of sensor technology as part of a highly motivated interdisciplinary team. Your colleague, Tina (Business Development Manager), describes her day-to-day work below.
- What are the specific tasks?
- In this area, the focus is on identifying new product ideas based on new or existing technologies that are not yet on the market, to support the continuous leadership and growth of Sensirion. I work very closely with colleagues from development and sales. I visit existing and new customers and attend trade fairs and conferences to identify customer needs and market trends. Another important aspect of the job is to quantify and evaluate the business case to determine whether it promotes the vision and strategy of Sensirion.
- What are the daily challenges?

Long-term, strategic planning - what are the market requirements of the future and which product ideas and / or technologies are a good fit with the strategic growth of Sensirion? In this team, we think in scenarios of 5-10 years. We work on several ideas at once, which requires a broad understanding of markets and technologies.
