**Your Mission**
In this role you will provide outbound sales support to the non-discretionary Financial Intermediaries channel including Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Investment Brokers and Wealth Managers in the German speaking markets. You will support the new business development process in the markets under your coverage by generating new leads through cold outreach. You will manage new and existing relationships with our Distributors and promote our investment solutions and campaigns to ensure the production of new business and revenues. You will maintain and build relationships with these partners, uncovering existing potential and converting needs into opportunities ultimately facilitating productive long-term relationships. This role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.
**Key Success Criteria**
- Existing experience in a sales role within Financial Services or related sectors.
- Track record of acquiring new business and successfully working with existing clients in a B-2-B environment to cross-sell solutions and services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present products and solutions confidently and effectively.
- Commercially oriented using initiative and persistency to achieve goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
