- We’re looking for a Project Manager to:
- develop and shape strategic priorities across and within the Crew “Paying by Cards and Digital Wallets” in line with overall Crew priorities
- collaborate with stakeholders to transform unformed ideas into tangible outcomes and understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
- conception and implementation of effective, customer-oriented and digital journeys and functionalities together with IT.
- creation and presentation of convincing business cases around the topic of cards & digital wallets
- translate complex solutions to simple, transparent and measurable plans with milestones and clearly defined accountabilities.
- management of strategic implementation initiatives to ensure agreed timelines, budget & quality and promote transparency and accountability for execution of deliverables..
- improve business planning like identifying a standard set of metrics, revising templates, setting up communities of practice, updating processes and assisting with the continuous development of the new way of working.
- conception and shaping crew and cross-crew processes to work efficient in the context of the ADO transformation
- develop (with cross-functional team members ) existing capabilities, methodologies, products, journeys, and toolkits and ensure a consistent delivery of change.
- provide clear and audience aware communications
- making a sustainable contribution to the achievement of the divisional goals within the framework of meaningful Objectives and Key Results (OKR), which are defined together with the team and Crew Lead.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 3-5 years of experience working as a Project Manager or in a role which required the above expertise
- strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- strategic Initiatives using and understanding of product management
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong negotiation and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
