Mandaté par l’un de nos clients, une grande entreprise active dans l’industrie machine, nous sommes à la recherche de:
Customer Service Assistant (H/F)

**Responsabilités et activités principales**:

- Traitement des commandes clients
- Demandes d’offres, achats et suivi des commandes de pièces chez les fournisseur
- Etablissement d’offres de pièces de rechange
- Etablissement des documents d’envoi et de transport pour les pièces de rechange
- Organisation des voyages des collaborateurs du service
- Contrôle des décomptes et frais de déplacement
- Mise à jour des heures des collaborateurs du service dans le système de timbrages
- Etablissement et suivi des factures d’intervention
- Vérification des paiements de factures

**Formation et compétences requises**
- CFC de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente (indispensable)
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience administrative confirmée dans un service clientèle dans l’industrie des machines, de l’automation ou de la gestion de projets
- Connaissances confirmées des documents à l’exportation (lncoterms, livrets ATA, certificats d’origine)
- Expérience dans la gestion de la relation clientèle
- Connaissances confirmées dans l’organisation de voyages professionnels
- Langues : très bonnes connaissances (oral et écrit) du français, de l’allemand et de l’anglais. Autre langue : un avantage
- Bonnes connaissances des outils de l’environnement Windows et SAP (E-dec et Salesforce : des avantages)
- Organisé, méthodique et polyvalent
- Excellente gestion des priorités et des imprévus
- Orienté satisfaction de la clientèle et résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes compétences communicationnelles
- Votre sens du service et votre esprit d’équipe sont des qualités que l’on vous reconnait
