**International Sales Administrator, Europe**

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assume the role of lead support on the European region, maintaining an expert and up-to-date knowledge of both the YL sector, monitoring trends & competitor activity and reporting on market intelligence.
- Contribute to regional and country sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs
- Maintain an in-depth product knowledge of BSC’s YL portfolio for General YL, Sports Education and Premium YL streams
- Manage and build on existing accounts, driving repeat sales through B2B networks
- Monitor leads, opportunities and pipeline on both B2B as well as B2C channels
- Ensure that all agent records are active and up-to-date
- Maintain all company systems such as HubSpot and Fidelo.
- Contribute to the effective performance of your team
- Provide support to all teams across BSC YL’s as required, liaising closely with other departments at regarding new business proposals to ensure deliverability and profitability
- Help identify in-country opportunities as they arise
- Work closely with the marketing department to collaborate on marketing campaigns and collateral as well as collaborating on the preparation of material such as website, brochure, price list, fact sheets and others.
- Supporting sales in group quotations and organisation of confirmed groups liaising with Operations and ensuring all details are in place for a successful delivery.
**Required Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge**:
- Solid sales/operational background
- Self-motivation and personal drive to complete tasks required to timescales and deadlines, using own initiative.
- Experience of international legal agreements
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build productive relationships.
- Experience of working in a remote team with minimum supervision
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Communicative
**Desired Experience/Skills**:
- Previous experience on Young Learner programmes would be advantageous.
- Fluent English is essential, other European languages desired
- Italian would be an asset.
