**What your impact will be like**:
As Channel Manager in DACH & Eastern Europe, you will be a key member of our channel team, reporting to our Head of Channel. You will strengthen our existing partner landscape in DACH and build up our channel in Eastern Europe.
You will identify, establish, maintain and expand Exeon’s long-term channel partnerships in assigned regions. In particular, you will:
- Acquire, establish and further develop long-term channel partnerships.
- Develop, monitor and own business plans and campaigns to achieve common goals with partners and distributors.
- Support the development of structures, assets and initiatives to enable and activate partners and distributors.
- Take responsibility for onboarding new channel partners and for the knowledge exchange between Exeon, partners and distributors.
- Lead all contractual aspects of partnerships.
- Be the first point of contact for partners & distributors and coordinate partner matters with Exeon's Sales team.
