**Regional Channel Partner Manager DACH (M/F/d)**
(Remote, Home office based in DACH region)
**Location/Division Specific Information**
As part of the Chromatography and Mass-Spec Division the Chromatography Columns and Consumables (CCS) business of Thermo Fisher Scientific is offering our customers both product choice and chemistry innovation in: Sample Handling, Sample Preparation, LC Columns & Accessories and GC Columns & Accessories.
**Discover Impactful Work**:
Provide commercial leadership to Chromatography Consumables Sales (CCS) across the DACH region to ensure bookings and revenue targets are met. Focus will be on developing the organizational structure and networks with Channel Partners and achieving substantial growth and market share increase.
**A day in the Life**:
- Provide strong strategic and operational leadership to country Channel Partners
- Build and maintain core business processes and procedures, crafted to increase customer happiness
- Work closely with Leads for Product Management, Marketing and Operations
- Align and support closely with the Commercial Manager on all Forecasting, QBR and other financial topics
- Drive territory and product mix performance and implement corrective / growth measures where required
**Keys to Success**:
Education
- Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science or equivalent experience
Experience
- Multifaceted commercial business experience
- Successful channel management or direct sales experience
- Familiarity with commercial sales and marketing tools to capture and understand the market
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to build and maintain processes and procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to plan & prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Analytical Chemistry / Chromatography
- Fluency in German and English
