Role and Responsibilities

To manage and build strong working relationships with a caseload of fiduciary private clients.
To manage a varied portfolio of trust and corporate structures holding a range of assets including real estate, private bank portfolio investments, private equity investments, art and yachts.
To undertake and oversee the work of others in the preparation of trustee and director minutes, reporting on banking and other asset movements, supporting on investment and divestment transactions, liaising with finance staff and direct client liaison.
To attend to all day-to-day activities related to compliance and client due diligence including transaction controls, compliance reviews and client compliance reporting.
To work closely with our client accounting, tax, compliance and statutory teams to ensure that all matters relating to our clients are addressed on a timely basis.
To manage work-in-progress, invoicing and ensure timely collection of debtors.
On-boarding new clients and new activities, client due diligence and oversee bank account opening.
To be responsible for all aspects of client management including: Corporate Governance, Compliance, Banking and Client relations.

Key Skills & Experience

The ability to build and develop successful working relationships with sophisticated private clients.
The ability to deliver an excellent client service experience.
Excellent communicator and team player, with strong IQ and EQ.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Trust and Company services sector.
Holder of a relevant fiduciary qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA.
Strong technical trust and fiduciary skills, including experience working within the UK resident non domiciled market.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A professional manner, demonstrating strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
The ability to work well under pressure and to respond to clients' needs as they arise.
The ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A positive approach with enthusiasm towards personal development and the desire to take on responsibility.
Language skills an advantage, strong English language spoken and writing skills essential.
