**Talent Management & Mobilization Manager**
**Location**:Globally flexible in a dsm-firmenich location**
**Place of Work: Hybrid**
In this role you will sit at the heart of our talent strategy to ensure we can support our talents to be truly mobile and develop their potential. You will work across both the talent & culture team but also the wider HR community to ensure talents are properly onboarded into the company, that talent brokering is strongly embedded in our ways of working, talent events are successfully executed, and that we use data to drive dynamic and employee-centric talent mobility.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a plan for internal mobilization and support the tech-strategy that enables a digitally superior talent mobility experience.
- Ownership of employee onboarding vision and ensuring its implementation through the organization.
- Ownership and execution of global talent events (internal/external)
- Responsible to drive talent brokering practices internally in collaboration with Talent Insights and Talent Management, ensuring we provide equal access to growth opportunities for all.
- Supporting & embedding solutions that drive internal mobility e.g. EightFold
- Define & execute data requirements (access/utilization) to position dsm-firmenich as an employer of choice (internal & external) and drive dynamic talent brokering

**You bring**
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Significant work experience in large matrixed organizations
- Experience and ability to cope with and drive signification change, being comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities across all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of talent management/acquisition/onboarding/mobility and a passion to drive excellence in this space
- Skills in data-based decision making, project management, business acumen and communication
- Willingness to learn while doing and take accountability
- Bachelor's degree
