The challenge:

DSM is one of the world’s leading producers of essential nutrients like vitamins, carotenoids, nutraceuticals and nutritional lipids; as well as solutions for the feed, food, pharmaceutical and personal care industries.

The position:

- Support the system owner and responsible persons for related business activities, such as business administration, data entry, document maintenance, implementation activities, user management and software validation
- Understand, define, and document system and user requirements for existing and future Product and Ingredient Information Management System functionalities
- Assist with monitoring and tracking new functionality (inclusive of enhancement requests) with each new release of the system
- Support the development of procedure documents, or best practices
- Assist with identifying user requirements and use cases (in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders)

The Ideal:

- Bachelor degree
- Solid experience in working with Electronic Document Management systems
- Experience contributing to Technology projects (e.g. Electronic Document Management Systems, Regulatory Information Management Systems)
- Programming languages knowledge will be valuable (e.g. Python, Script)
- SAP-PLM expertise will be appreciated
- Customer orientation with consultative skills - strong aptitude for proactively identifying needs and defining solutions
- Strongly self-motivated; solves business problems and works well with limited supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced work environment where constant re-prioritization is required
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
