**Talent, Performance & Skills Lead**
**Location**:Globally flexible in a dsm-firmenich location**
**Place of Work: Hybrid**
In this role you will sit at the heart of our talent strategy to ensure we can drive a best-in-class talent development and performance culture. Working closely with the wider HR community, you will design, implement and own a successful approach to a skills-based and strengths-based organization. Additionally, you will design and drive a contemporary and impactful talent review process and actively contribute to a company culture that prioritizes employee development and performance.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop a plan that helps us become a skills-based and strengths-based organization.
- Team up with Talent & Culture, CoE Total Rewards, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to design and implement contemporary processes for talent review, performance management and a cascaded company goal strategy.
- Create a culture of performance and continuous development and learning, and embed development into the talent & performance management cycle, including the ownership of the annual performance and development cycle (with support of project resources)
- Build an external peer network and benchmark our ambitions and designs against our peers and competitors.
- Empower regional HR to deploy the offerings and ensure their buy-in, and ensure no local spin-offs or variations occur.
- Partner with the head of performance, skills & development on strategic business projects
- Actively pursue sustainable solutions in learning, explore ways to contribute positively to the world in this role, and seek out vendors with a strong sustainability agenda

**You bring**
- Minimum 12 years of work experience; ability to drive progress in large matrixed organizations and ability to build relationships at all levels, including senior-most stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in areas like HR, performance management, skills ontologies, learning & development and/or talent management.
- Strong networker and comfort in navigating all levels of the organization and influencing without authority. Astute communications and change management skills. Ability to create immersion in and with the business to make sure the changes stick.
- Strategic and critical thinker, very strong affinity in managing and designing complex processes.
- Ability to adapt to and drive change.
- Experience managing vendors and expanding external networks
