**About the role**:
Would you like to sell solutions that help people? Our business development managers are responsible for growth. They identify, research, and develop new market opportunities and provide solutions for our clients. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to develop an ecosystem which will nurture the growth of International SOS in the region.

The International SOS Group of Companies is in the business of saving lives, protecting global workforces from health and security threats. We deliver customised health, security risk management and wellbeing solutions to fuel our clients' growth and productivity.

**Key responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for developing new business with new clients, and retaining and up selling a wide range of services and solutions to existing clients
- Promote the complete range of services offered by International SOS into a solution that satisfies needs and expectations
- Support growth of profitable revenue through up-selling and cross-selling within the client
- Continually evaluate progress within the market segment against pipeline objectives, revenue and profit targets and client plans
- Ensure recording of cross border activities on the CRM system
- Manage the implementation of new business won, to ensure that all administrative, operational and financial activities are in place to ensure high levels of service to clients.

**About you**:

- University degree in business or a comparable education with relevant professional experiences
- Proven experience in a sales / business development role with sales and gross profit responsibility
- Direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience
- Fluency in English and German (both written and verbal)
- Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment
- Team player with cultural sensitivity
- Can-Do attitude
