**Position**: Business Development Manager\*in

**Start**: per sofort

**Pensum**: 80-100%

Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Absatz des wichtigen B2B Kanals.
- Du knüpfst enge Bindungen zu bestehenden und neuen Wiederverkäufer in der Schweiz und im Ausland (Kleinläden, Market Places, Grossverteiler, Vertriebspartner, etc.), teilweise in Koordination mit unseren Vertriebspartnern.
- Du beobachtest und analysierst den B2B-Markt und hilfst damit bei der Erstellung von Markt
- und Bedarfsanalysen sowie der Produktionsplanung.
- Du betreibst professionelles Key Account Management und betreust die wichtigsten Kunden persönlich.
- Du betreust und entwickelst bestehende Kunden, identifizierst und akquirierst Neukunden.
- Du erkennst und bewertest potenzielle Verkaufschancen und gewinnst durch dein Kommunikations
- und Verkaufstalent jede Verhandlung.
- Du gewinnst neue Partner für Brand und Marketing Kooperationen.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die internationale Marktentwicklung und Erschliessung neuer Absatzmärkte, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und lokalen Partnern.

Qualifikation
- Du liebst täglichen Kundenkontakt und die Akquise liegt dir im Blut.
- Du denkst strategisch und hast die Fähigkeit, Chancen zu erkennen und andere Personen von Produkten und Ideen zu überzeugen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch Durchsetzungskraft, unternehmerisches Denken und Zielstrebigkeit aus.
- Du hast einen sicheren, sympathischen Auftritt, hörst aktiv zu, kommunizierst verbindlich, verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und denkst vernetzt.
- Stilsicheres Deutsch & Schweizerdeutsch, Französisch
- und/oder Englisch-Kenntnisse ist kein Must aber ein Plus.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und eine verkaufsorientierte Zusatzausbildung.
- Du arbeitest gerne Hands-on und packst mit an, egal wo's gerade brennt.
- Can-Do Mind-Set und Positivität gehören zu deinen Kernwerten.
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem aktiven Team, das sich gegenseitig zu grossen Taten empowert und ständig im Austausch ist.
