- The role reports to the Sustainability Group Chief of staff and has interaction with the entire Sustainability team. We are looking for
- **very fast paced environment** and who is able to
- **manage competing requirements**.
- **Attention to details, strong communication skills and a service driven attitude are critical.** We require a c
- **uriosity for sustainability** but no specific skills in the field is necessary.
- **High level of planning skills, solution oriented and creativity is a must.** Our team functions as an
- **internal consultancy start up with a strong entrepreneurial spirit **and this role is important to our success.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will work with
- **talented multidisciplinary colleagues** on these different tasks:
**Administration**:
**External Contractors**:

- Support **RFP processes according to Richemont procurement rules**:

- **SAP New Vendor** creation & extension
- Support managers in **finalizing contracts**:

- Execute **contracts’ payments**

**Team support**:

- **Travel booking** for all team members
- **Expenses reports **for all team members
- Help **manage CSO calendar**:

- Help **manage CSO meetings** with internal and external guests
- Contribute to a nice workplace environment by **:h**elping manage team retreats, weekly meetings, social gathering**

**Internal Customers Services**:

- Maintain **internal distribution lists**:

- Support **administrative coordination of sustainability services to the Maisons**:

- Support **administrative services on all sustainability related committees**:

- Support **sustainability large events administration**

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** ?Fluent in
**French and English**
At least
**4 years of experience in administrative work**
Demonstrated
**interest in CSR topics**
High
**computer literacy**

**Flexibility, detail-orientated and positive**
Ability to
**manage several taks simultaneously**
