**MAIN PURPOSE**

Richemont’s non-financial reporting objectives are built around the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The Group Sustainability function is responsible for the overall GRI reporting effort and the development of systems and processes to communicate performance. Communication audiences include the Group’s Board of Directors, investors and employees.

The Manager will support the function through the **identification,integration and maintenance** of appropriate reporting systems for the Group. The support will include continuous improvement in **performance data-capture and the shaping of a digitalisation strategy**.

This role will be the ‘Product Owner’ and work closely with the appropriate Group Technology functions, translate the Group’s ESG vision into technology solutions.

As part of an integrated approach to training and engagement, this role will frequently liaise with colleagues in the Group Sustainability function as well as representatives of the Taskforces and Hubs established to embed sustainability across Richemont.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Performance data systems**
- Support the identification of GRI performance data priorities and gaps within the Group Sustainability function and map out the implementation plan, including consolidation and analysis of priority areas.
- Identify the appropriate system providers for GRI reporting
- Prepare semi-annual reports, figures and KPIs for Group entities
- Manage the selection process and develop recommendations for the Governance Team and the Chief Sustainability Officer
- Maintain relationships with the selected system provider(s) during the implementation phase as well as the ongoing maintenance.

**Digitalisation strategy and other projects**
- Develop a digitalisation strategy for ESG Reporting in line with GRI
- Establish the ‘use case’ for selected systems to support the strategy
- Support the Directors of ESG Reporting and Regulatory Compliance for Richemont’s _Swiss _obligations, in particular due diligence systems for the Code of Obligations
- Support the Directors of ESG Reporting and Regulatory Compliance for Richemont’s _non-Swiss_ obligations, e.g. European Green and Social Taxonomies, TCFD, CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), and CSDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive)
- Contribute to the annual Sustainability Report

**Audit**
- Manage an internal quality check process as pre-audit work
- Manage audit-related platforms and data systems
- Liaise with external auditors for required evidence
- Ensure system follow-up within the relevant Entities and Functions.

**Training and engagement**
- Work closely with the Group Sustainability Transformation team to ensure outreach and high engagement
- Support internal training of end-to-end system users: from performance data capture to information presentation and analytics
- Deliver a training programme in line with the users’ semi-annual process cycle
- Manage the performance data collection process though internal and external stakeholders

**PROFILE**
- Significant experience in the field of Environmental, Social and Governance data management, system selection and integration
- Experience of external and internal GRI / sustainability systems selection and integration
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Salesforce and SAP
- Passionate about sustainability topics
- Strong communication skills
- A can-do and hands-on attitude.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and deal with multiple stakeholders.Detail-oriented with an analytical mind for IT systems
- Ability to work in a complex, multicultural and dynamic environment
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Fluent in French and English
