**Key Responsibilities**:
- The development of a Johnson & Johnson customer portfolio
- Sell ACUVUE(R) product portfolio
- actively driving sales growth and market share of ACUVUE Contact Lenses in line with business plans and the Johnson & Johnson Credo
- responsible for developing approx. 120 customers in your territory with the highest potential.
- set customers priorities and organize your visits efficiently
- spend 80% of your time in the field
- the average is 6 customer calls per day
- Understand individual customer needs and work together with the customer to fulfill those needs
- Understand customer potential, implement our segmentation, plan visits according to potential and execute the plan
- Implement the POA strategy throughout the year
- Analyze and understand the territory details
**Qualifications**:
- A successfully completed business or science degree or training in the field of ophthalmic optics
- First successful sales experience
- Analytical and goal-oriented approach
- Strong contact and communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Organisational and planning talent
- High level of commitment, responsibility and willingness to learn
- Strategic thinking skills
- Very good and business fluent knowledge of German
- Good Englisch and MS Office skills
- valid driver’s license
- Good Italian or French skills
