Für unsere Abteilung Marketing & Business Development am Hauptsitz in Zürich Altstetten suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als **Customer Insights Manager (60-80%).**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Konzeption, Leitung und Durchführung von Kundenstudien und Workshops inhouse oder in Zusammenarbeit mit den Agenturen
- Planen und Durchführen von deskriptiven und prädiktiven Kundendatenanalysen, Wissensgenerierung aus Kundendaten
- Implementierung von Insights-Prozessen, um geschäftsbezogene Fragestellungen beantwortet zu haben
- Analyse von Markt
- und Kundentrends und aktueller Entwicklungen
- Entwicklung eines tiefen Verständnisses und Empathie für unsere Kunden und deren Profile, m kundenorientierte Entscheidungen zu fördern
- Präsentation von gewonnenen Erkenntnissen und Empfehlungen an interne Stakeholder
**Ihr Profil**:
- BSc oder MSc in Business, Marketing, Sozialwissenschaften, Datenanalyse oder ähnlichem
- Einschlägige Erfahrung und Methodenkenntnisse in der Verbraucher
- und Marktforschung, Statistik, Datenanalyse inkl. Kenntnisse entsprechender Software & Tools
- Verständnis und Erfahrung mit analytischen Konzepten und statistischen Techniken: Hypothesenentwicklung, Entwurf von Tests/Experimenten, Datenanalyse, Vorhersagen, Schlussfolgerungen und Entwicklung umsetzbarer Empfehlungen für Geschäftseinheiten
- Hohe Affinität zu Forschung und Arbeit mit Daten
- Beobachtungs
- und Analysefähigkeiten, Vertrautheit mit Daten
- und Visualisierungstechniken und Tools (Power BI)
- Stilsicheres Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
