**My duties**
- Support for the Mobile products from Customer Service side: point of contact for the entire organization for Mobile product related project
- Support of special customer cases
- Support of Port Out Mobile processes
- Support process documentations
- Assistance for designing and implementing new Mobile processes as well as for improving existing customer processes in order to offer the best customer experience and avoid any need for customers to require support
- Implement process automation in order to minimize any manual handling
- SPOC for Finance Operations related projects
- Customer insights, reporting, analytics:
- Constantly monitor call and contact reasons for Mobile support, analyse customer insights
- Based on facts, figures and insights, help defining the roadmap of customer operations project improvements and ensure implementation
- Constantly monitor, report, track trouble ticket evolution, analyse root causes and based on it address process improvements to solve the customer issue at the root of the problems
**My qualifications**
- Qualification or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Communication or relevant industry
- Experience in (Digital) Customer Care, Digital Operations, Strategy, Customer Experience, Marketing, Project Management
- Ability to translate customer needs into simple and intuitive digital customer journeys
- Passionate about the customer, putting the customer experience at the centre of every customer journey
- Ability to translate business needs / business questions into technical requirements
- Ability to work independently & take ownership while at the same time ability to work in matrix organizations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of trending technologies (AI, Machine learning, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and spirit; can do attitude; pragmatic approach
- French and Italian as an advantage
