**We are currently hiring for a Brand & Customer Manager GI (all genders)** **for our Swiss local office in Zurich Opfikon.**

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**

Working with the Commercial Lead BCM the Brand and Customer Manager GI is responsible for delivering commercial tactics in line with BU and brand strategy for Entyvio within the GI and Neuroscience Business Unit of Takeda Switzerland.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Execution of commercial tactics**
- Owns and delivers commercial tactics and projects in line with brand plans and with the guidance of the Commercial Lead
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g. medical, access, Key Account Managers, patient advocacy, insights, and analytics and omnichannel engagement) to ensure the brand team and field teams are aligned around tactic execution
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g. HCPs) to generate, test and refine commercial content for execution
- Directly manages marketing agencies, including budget, timeline, and execution, from the briefing to final implementation, ensuring high level service throughout the process and quality results
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across multiple channels; ensure high standard to meet customers’ expectations and to expand the leadership of Entyvio
- Ensure end-to-end internal approval of campaigns in accordance with Takeda’s internal processes
- Responsible for training the sales force on new campaigns and ensuring correct execution
- Conducts analysis of marketplace dynamics, engagement analytics and customer trends and delivers insights for the cross-functional team
- Manage project budgets, contracting, and accruals for all projects under ownership

**Support of internal tasks**
- Together with the Commercial Lead supports delivery of internal team events and meetings
- Occasionally works on BU wide projects and assignments

**Experience and Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Life Science. MSc or PhD in Scientific domain a plus but not mandatory.
- Work experience in marketing roles desirable, inside, or outside the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders; demonstrated resilience in handling challenging situations and driving projects to success
- Fluent in French or German, English both written and oral is mandatory
