What you'll do
- Meeting the day-to-day administrative and organizational needs of the EC-Member
- Handling the general correspondence directed to the EC-Member
- Keeping track of outstanding tasks and ensuring follow-ups are made
- Managing the EC-Members agenda, such as organize internal and external meetings, video
- and conference calls, business trips and events
- Filing of all relevant documentation
- Handling expenses and invoices

What you'll need
- Commercial apprenticeship preferably within the financial industry
- At least 3-5 years working experience preferably in the financial industry
- Very strong organizational, time management and administration skills
- Extremely client-focused and service-based and accurate working style
- High attention to detail
- Strong team-player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of flexibility, ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure, and with a high workload
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to handle confidential documents with care
- Flexibility and ability to take initiative

Nice to have
- Proficiency in PTT and Excel
- German language skills
