**This position reports to**:
Division President

**Your responsibilities**:

- Profit & Loss responsibility, reporting to Division President
- Enhance Integrity culture in the entire organization
- Drive Switchgear business transformation in line with Division strategy establishing simplicity, speed and accountability
- Ensure the organization is customer driven and externally focused
- Secure market opportunities deriving from the Energy Transition and deliver products and solutions which improve our customers’ sustainability
- Unlock the potential of ABB technology innovation in portfolio management, focus on the transition of gas insulated technology towards a sustainable, eco-friendly portfolio
- Develop a Sustainability culture for all business activities
