Location: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands You will be accountable to develop and grow the business of the ABB Medium Voltage range in Europe, Middle East, and Asia. The Installation Products division is specialized in the manufacturing and selling of wire management and cable protection solution. In line with our growth plans we are expanding our reach to the connectivity for Medium Voltage Cables. In this role you will build relationships with the main utility’s companies gaining preference and specifications. You will develop the value chain of contractors and distributors instrumental to ensure a superior service level. You will gather the full understanding of the market needs and create sales strategies to generate business growth. You are professional skilled on electrical medium voltage industry. The knowledge of separable connectors and cable joints will be a plus. You can build business relationships and to proactively support partners as well as internal and external customers. You will be able to interact with the relevant company resources to gather the relevant information needed to develop the business. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and technical knowledge of the customer needs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Build business relationships and proactively support partners and internal / external customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and technical knowledge of the customer needs.
- Prepare and execute sales plans and bids.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities in the assigned geographical area within the medium voltage industry.
- Generate demand for ABB installation Products through a constant and tailored approach towards utilities, contractors, and distributors.
- Develop the business through the channel partners network identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business.
- Collaborate with the sales team of the other ABB divisions to maximize the common business opportunities, furthermore you collaborate with the product management team to take into the market the right value proposition bringing back relevant market information.
- Live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for own actions while caring for the colleagues and the business.

**Your background**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
- Electrical Engineering background is preferred
- Solid knowledge of the electrical medium voltage industry within the Europe region
- Comfortable at generating new business opportunities and generating new business relationships as well as comfortable at using a CRM system
- Willingness to travel
