In der Schweiz ist der Bereich GWS mit technischen, infrastrukturellen und kaufmännischen Facility Management Leistungen für Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen tätig.Für unsere wachsende Facility Management Organisation in Stein/AG, bei einem weltweit tätigen Kunden suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n- Lead Customer Service 100%Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Führung und Organisation Empfang, FM Service Desk, Conference Center und Archiv
- Direkte Ansprechpartnerin für den Kunden in allen operativen Belangen (Deutsch & Englisch)
- Personelle und fachliche Führung des Teams (7 Mitarbeitende)
- Übernahme von Diensten an den Front Desks bei Personalmangel
- Diverse Administrative Unterstützung des Abteilungsleitenden (Protokollführung bei grösseren Sitzungen, Erstellung und Führen von Berichten und Pendenzenlisten)
- Verantwortlich für die Zutrittskontrolle (Systemführung und -optimierung, stetiger Austausch mit dem Provider) Schlüsselmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Zugangskontrollmanagement
- und CAFM-Systemen
Ihr Profil:
- Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
- Sicheres Auftreten und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Gute organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten
- Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Teamorientiert, hilfsbereit, freundliche, Dienstleistungs
- und Kundenorientiert, Durchsetzungsvermögen
