For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for a

**Customer Service Assistant (internship for 6 months)**

The **Comparator Customer Service Assistant** (CCSA) is primarily contributor for the successful performance of the "Comparator Customer Service Project Management Team". The daily activities of the CCSA will ensure accuracy of maintaining internal and

external systems and performance of the Comparator group.

The role is to address all project management related administrative tasks. The role requires a good understanding of Fisher and

Customer processes, inclusive but not limited to: Fisher (IT) systems, SOPS and client contracts.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Set up, update and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) Opportunities for Global Comparator Projects for the entire project lifecycle
- Build and maintain Project folders and check if all required documents are available
- Build Customer Proposals (Quotes) according to Project Managers instructions
- Update and maintain customer specific spreadsheet/trackers to enable global performance tracking by Partners
- Support Project Manager in preparation of Key Performance Indicators for customer business reviews.
- Assistance with preparation of customer meetings.
- Check Customer Purchase Order for correctness and prepare documentation for execution.
- Ensure compliance to customer contracts

**Your Qualifications**:

- Commercial education and/or experience in a similar role
- High Level of attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. German is an advantage.
- Proficiencies with MS Office / Adobe Products
- Capable of working under own initiative, with few supervision and time pressure
