**What you'll do**
- Qualify all inbound leads
- Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads
- Create and drive lead generation campaigns
- Work closely and collaboratively with several Area Sales Managers in CH and the US to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of leads
- Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
- Create a sales pipeline meeting an agreed quota of business leads and opportunities
- Attend tradeshows (two per year)

**What you bring**
- Strong interest for robotics and automation
- 5 to 10 years of business development management or sales, ideally from the supply chain industry
- Experience in driving social media lead generation campaigns
- Fluency in English and German
- A Bachelors Degree
