Purchasing & Sales Manager
Aufgaben
Mittels sorgfältiger Einarbeit in die Struktur des Unternehmens übernehmen Sie von Ihrem Vorgänger ein erfolgreich aufgebautes Portfolio von Lieferanten und Kunden in Europa, Asien und Südamerika und sind in Ihrem Segment P/L verantwortlich.
**Ihre Aufgabe und Verantwortung**:
- Uebernahme eines bestehenden Lieferanten
- und Kundenstammes sowie der laufenden Positionen
- Ausbau der Geschäfte mittels Optimierung sowie gezielter Akquisition unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Margenpolitik
- Tracking der Short
- und Longpositionen
- Beschaffung von Marktinformationen für die Geschäftsentwicklung
- Antizipieren der Marktentwicklung bezüglich Preise und Verfügbarkeit
- Besuche der Kunden und Lieferanten vor Ort (Reisetätigkeit ca. 10 - 20%)
- Aktive Kommunikation mit der Logistik
- und Finanzabteilung sowie Quality Management zwecks Sicherstellung, dass alle Aufgaben erfolgreich erledigt und die Fristen eingehalten werden.
Qualifikation
**Ihre Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit**:
- Kaufmännische / Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Trader, idealerweise im Bereich Food / Near Food
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Muttersprache Deutsch, Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf Proficiency Level, jede weitere Sprache ist willkommen
- Hervorragende soziale Kompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Fähigkeit zur Problemerkennung und zur Sicherstellung rechtzeitiger Lösungen.
