**What will you work on at Hilton Geneva?**
As Sales Manager, you will analyse local market trends and competitors' activity to recommend strategies and operations that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.

We are opening two Sales manager positions, one dedicated to the International organisations business and one with a focus on Leisure accounts.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- Develop customer accounts and travel locally and internationally to drive business into the hotel and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
- Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate / leisure / International organisations clients
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
- Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
- Attend Sales events, fairs and other relevant shows
- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads

For this specific job opportunity, we would value the following skills, experience and attitude:

- Business degree in Hospitality management / Commercial / Sales with at least 5-year of growing experience in a relevant sales position
- Excellent presentation, negotiations and communication skills
- Great networking skills, passion for people connection
- Fluent in French and English
- Willing to constantly drive more business and challenge statu quo
- Ability to work on own or in teams
- Commitment to deliver high levels of service to guests
- Methodical and well organised
