Our Team services Intermediaries (External Asset Managers and External Financial Advisors) in Geneva, Western Switzerland and selected international locations such as Latin America and The Middle East. We are a very dynamic, multi-cultural and business oriented team of professionals catering to each and every needs of our Intermediaries Clients - a strategic segment of clientele at Julius Baer - in Geneva. We are hiring a very enthusiastic and driven Intermediaries Sales Manager to join us, and support both our Relationship Managers and Clients with Sales and Investment content. You will report to our Head of Sales Management Intermediaries Western Switzerland & Americas and will be based in Geneva.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Be the go-to person for Sales and Investments content in Geneva for our Team and our Clients
- Drive the implementation of the new Intermediaries sales strategy
- Identify Intermediaries with volume and/or revenue potential. Develop them accordingly, provide solutions such as Structured Products, AMCs, sales ideas and any JB content in a win-win-win model for the end-clients, the EAMs and our Team
- Conceptualize, implement and monitor sales campaigns adapting the marketing mix elements to geographical and target client requirements
- Co-lead the weekly Sales Meeting in a dynamic and active way
- Ensure direct client contacts with all top clients in all teams; talk to them / visit them on regular basis, along with Relationship Managers; provide JB content and sales ideas in a systematic fashion to them
- Make sales and financial markets a day-to-day topic to create a true Sales and Investment culture in our team
- Organise ad-hoc calls for the clients on specific topics
- Develop sales and offering related concepts to facilitate the decision making process for the management
- Develop and maintain data driven analytical tools to identify upselling and pricing potentials based on target client definition, trading behaviour and local situations
- Develop and implement adequate sales training programs in close collaboration with training and front units to establish one global sales standard

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Higher education, preferably a master’s degree
- At least 7 years’ experience in the financial or consultancy industry
- Deep knowledge of the private banking industry in general and the Intermediaries industry in particular
- Good understanding of banking products and services with focus on Intermediaries
- Deep knowledge on quantitative and strategic sales management (steering and performance tracking of sales organizations)
- Ability to design and implement concepts related to target client offering, pricing, coverage models, training and promotion
- Proficiency in English and French is required with additional languages (eg. Spanish) of benefit
