We are looking for a service-oriented and agile personality with some years of relevant experience who loves to learn new things and is not afraid of a dynamic environment.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Carrying out all administrative and organisational work, scheduling and coordinating various meetings (internal/external) including taking minutes
- Organisation and coordination of various off-site meetings, business trips (booking flights, hotels, etc.), as well as preparation of necessary infrastructure
- Preparation of events, meetings and assisting in development programmes, social programmes and setting up workshops
- Creating presentations and preparing and delivering content
- Proactively developing, assisting and working in smaller projects, so that with time the responsibility can be taken over
- Project support to CPO (e.g. Flex Office Concept, Refurbishment, etc.)
- Deputy to CEO Assistant and other colleagues
To accomplish your task, you also will bring the following:
- You are a motivated and enthusiastic person with a fresh mindset and with your optimism you know how to support the team in the best way possible
- You have a high affinity for IT and are up to date with the latest technology
- Your English is excellent, ideally native speaker or at least Business English Level C2
- Education: Basic commercial training or other
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role - you have already worked on a global level, e.g. in HR consulting, team assistance, consultancy
