Executive Assistant to the SVP, Europe and Canada

Introduction to Role:

Join our diverse team as the Executive Assistant to the SVP, Europe and Canada. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to be innovative and creative where difference is valued. Accountabilities:

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage a highly extensive calendar for the SVP, handle appointments, schedules, and complex global travel arrangements. You will screen and respond with discretion to often highly confidential and sensitive requests and enquiries. You will also coordinate internal and external meetings/conferences, prepare concise briefings and papers, and lead admin support for the European Leadership Team. Additionally, you will collaborate with Corp Affairs Teams for joint site communication and handle internal comms requests for SVP.

Crucial Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior PA/ Executive Assistant supporting Directors, VPs, MDs or C-suite individuals in a complex and global organisation.
  • Excellent secretarial skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Outstanding planning and organizing skills, with a strong sense of urgency balanced by a good judgement of priorities.
  • Ability to handle critical information in a confidential manner and use judgement to efficiently cascade information.
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • University education.
  • Proficiency in English and preferably German.
