The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive team. If you possess excellent organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Your key responsibilities
- organization of internal and external meetings and events
- coordinating and managing calendars for the Executive Board Members
- prepare and audit expense reports for the Executive Team and VP
- holiday coverage for PA, direct report to the CEO
- coordinate confidential documents for signature
- correspondence in English and German with all levels within the company and external entities

Your profile - Essential

knowledge, skills &
abilities
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
