**Demand Generation Manager - EF Academy**

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a "Math" Person with a creative side, you will play a vital role in rapidly scaling revenue through effective ad campaigns. Your focus on ROI, analytical abilities, strategic mindset, and understanding of social behaviour will drive the success of our online marketing programs.

**What will I get to do in this role?**
- Own the conversion funnel and implement improvements to drive higher conversion rates.
- Train marketing and sales teams, ensuring the quality of work is of a high standard.
- Maximize efficiency through effective budget management and bidding strategies for owned programs, including the technical setup of experiments and thorough analysis of results.
- Continuously experiment and optimize campaigns to exceed aggressive company goals, regularly evaluating critical KPIs such as CAC, CPL, and conversions.
- Initiate customer segmentation initiatives to deliver a premium personalized experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to build scalable solutions that enhance the user experience throughout the omni-channel journey.
- Ensure brand integrity is maintained through all tests and updates, consistently QA the site to ensure accurate content and optimal user experience.
- Monitor website performance, drive improvements in traffic quality, conversion rates, and customer LTV.
- Serve as the end-to-end channel owner, responsible for tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization, reporting, and automation.
- Provide detailed recommendations to the copywriter to optimize web content and improve SEO.
- Maintain, track, and update paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google (SEM, Banners), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and other paid social channels.

**What are the role requirements?**
- University or College degree holder with 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Proven track record of running ads and rapidly scaling revenue, delivering high return on investments
- Strong mathematical mindset and abilities, with a keen understanding of social behaviour.
- Expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Search.
- Desire to gain a comprehensive understanding of customers, segment effectively, start small, iterate, and focus on serving core customer segments.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, complemented by creativity and passion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
