- Are you a conceptual and also detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to juggle multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritizing? - In your role, you will work closely with your team, the Remote Sales & Advisory Manager to drive conceptually and operationally our initiatives to grow above markets and improve the business.
- Your main tasks include:
- Responsibility for enhancing our client engagement journey as basis for designing outbound campaigns in Switzerland, developing classic and digital marketing measures, executing and enriching current processes/tools/systems for engaging clients
- Developing and further improving digital and self-servicing capabilities for our clients amending the current operating model (outline, processes, requirements)
- Sales & Quality Reporting in reference on sales, efficiency and ambitions of our teams
- Prepare decision documents for the Senior Management
- Participation in agile projects within Personal Banking, (Digital) Marketing and the Product Organization regarding Lead Generation and Selection
- Cooperation with various stakeholder as sales management, risk & transformation management, marketing or advanced analytics
- Planning and coordination of management meetings and Offsites

- You are working in the Remote Sales Campaign Management Team for Personal Banking in an office with state-of-the-art infrastructure in Zurich Altstetten. Work from home is feasible, flexible working hours are ensured.

**Your expertise**
- ideally previous experience with a financial background, preferably with experience in front office and/or marketing
- independent, motivated, proactive and focused - able to combine conceptual capabilities with a “get-it-done”-attitude
- solid skills at MS Office
- a well-organized person with good communication ability
- effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- strategic partner to team members
- German and/or French, fluent English, any other language is a plus
