**Role Overview**:
**Job title: Account Manager **(Digital Subject Matter Expert - SME)
**Location**:Lausanne
**Responsabilities**:
The Account Manager (Digital Subject Matter Expert - SME) is responsible of being the reference for all digital services towards the Loterie Romande (LoRo).
He/she works inclose collaboration with the Account Delivery Manager (ADM) who heads the business activities for LoRo.acts a first point of escalation for iLottery technology or service relates issues
He/she is responsible for:
- Serve as a primary interface to ADM and LoRo
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Maintaining updated knowledge of IGT’s iLottery products and services and provides updates and education to all levels of customer
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about our customers business and recommends new product features to fulfil future needs
- Acting as an advocate for our customers
- Develop critical initiatives and drive consensus and development of execution plans across functional teams - internally and externally
- Influence: Ability to influence and drive results in a complex and highly ambiguous technical and business environment including ability to communicate and influence all levels from senior executives to working groups and all functions
- Negotiation and Communication: Ability to think and react in real time while dealing with global partners that have missions that may not align with our own. Finding ways to create that alignment or bridge the gap to create successful long-term partnerships
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in lottery or gaming experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a business discipline which could include experience in business development, consulting, marketing, sales, partner management, finance, legal, or relevant product
- 5+ years experience in a service delivery environment
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully of working in cross-functional teams and project delivery excellence
- Preferred experience in directly managing people and virtual teams

- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, especially with clients
- Extensive experience managing external partners in different fields and leverage learnings to identify opportunities
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive towards successful outcomes
- Ability to priorities multiple different tasks and execute to a high standard in a changing work environment
- Works well and remains calm under pressure
- Fluent in English, French desirable
