For our pharmaceutical client in Basel we are looking for an **Team Assistant (M/F/d)** for the finance leadership teams, who provides a full range of secretarial/ administrative support.

**Your tasks**:

- maintains files, records, calendars and diaries
- arranges business travel, and tracks and processes expenses and relevant invoices
- handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature using tact and diplomacy
- uses own independent judgment and discretion to perform other administrative duties within generally defined policies and practices and supports the leadership team
- set up SharePoint pages and administrate them
- set up Onboarding's for new team members
- organizes events, travel, workshops and various meetings (internal, external, local and international) for the Leadership Team

**Your profile**:

- A-level/high school diploma or commercial apprenticeship
- experienced of supporting a busy senior executive with knowledge of working in a large and complex matrix organization
- pharma/Life Science background and knowledge preferred but not essential
- first class communication skills in English and German (written and oral)
- capable of tact, diplomacy, flexibility, and the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- consistently delivers highly accurate and timely work
- advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and understanding of SAP, Skype, SMS, Lync and SharePoint
- experience in leading teams is an advantage
