Taskbase is a data science-based, fast growing ETH-spinoff based in Zürich and is looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our internationally growing team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work with our customers to find and develop the best solutions from our portfolio.

Tasks
- You use prospecting strategies to generate prospect lists that fit our ICP characteristics.
- You conduct cold outreaches to set up & execute initial discovery meetings
- You identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- You collaborate with our marketing team to increase the quantity and quality of the leads
- You manage a pipeline consisting of qualified and interested customer contacts (B2B enterprise) on your own and engage them in a strategic manner
- You continuously introduce new strategic solutions to optimize existing approaches

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency level in English and German, other languages as a plus
- You are passionate about selling and have the ability to open doors
- You are a strong communicator - on all channels
- You are service oriented and sell with a high quality approach
- You work independently and creatively in a startup environment
- You are reflective & open to feedback
