While initially a pure-play D2C brand, we have started to broaden our channel mix in recent years, and today more than 100 partners in six markets are keeping stock of Dagsmejan products. Furthermore, after experimenting with pop-up concepts, we have just launched our first own store, creating a full multi-channel experience for our customers.
As a B2B Sales Operations Manager at Dagsmejan, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end all our sales operations processes with wholesale partners, marketplaces, and own stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for apparel and a proven track record in sales operations. The role is based in Zurich.
Tasks
What you will be doing...
- managing the entire sales operations process, i.e.
- capturing & managing orders (pre-orders, reorders, drop-ship orders): B2B order tool ERP System
- overseeing fulfillment, working with our 3PL partners
- invoice management
- day-to-day operational support
- onboarding and technical integration of new B2B partners (i.e. wholesale, digital resellers/digital marketplaces)
- organizing and executing product and brand trainings
- managing the operations of own stores & pop-ups, from planning & forecasting (incl. stock management) to set-up and day-to-day supervision; ensure compliance with VM guidelines in stores
- managing off-price campaigns, from finding new partners to scoping until execution of campaigns
- supporting the management team in cross-functional projects
**Requirements**:
Your profile...
- you have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- you have worked 3-5 years in a sales operation or business development role, preferably in an apparel/fashion, FMCG or E-Commerce environment
- you have experience with an ERP Tool (preferably Microsoft Business Central)
- you have a hands-on experience with digital marketplaces and the digital value chains in multi-layer sales architectures
- you are comfortable to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
- you are fluent in English and German (oral and in writing) and any additional language is certainly a benefit
- you have master level in MS Office products
- you are a practical strategist with great attention to detail
- you can work both independently as well as in a team environment
- you are a friendly and well-tempered and stays calm even when the heat is on
- you have an interest in personal health and wellbeing
